If this product is defective, OCEAN VAULT's sole obligation, and your sole remedy, will be to provide you with a replacement, but only if you first return the defective product to OCEAN VAULT. We have no obligation to replace the product if the defect resulted from accident, abuse or misuse. Neither OCEAN VAULT nor its affiliates, suppliers, or agents is liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever (including but not limited to lost profits and damages resulting from loss of the use of the product or any other pecuniary loss) however caused, including negligence and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort. OCEAN VAULT'S total liability for damages if the product is defective will not under any circumstances exceed the price that you paid for the product.
Returning items.
1. Advise us by email to that you wish to make a return and quote and we will send you a order number.
2. We will advise you of the correct address to use.
3. Ensure the packaging and goods are returned to us unused and in "as new" condition.
4. For your protection please insure the package and use a trackable shipping method.
When the goods are received your credit card will be credited with the cost of the item. This could take a few weeks depending on the credit card company.
